Oceans cover more than two-thirds of the earth’s surface and are home to a great abundance and diversity of life. Join us at the Zoo for a hands-on, inquiry-based six-week program focusing on some of the physical and biological aspects of the ocean. Through experiments, demonstrations, and tours, explore the physical and chemical properties of ocean water and discover the unique adaptations and survival strategies that allow marine life to survive in this watery world.
Each week can be an independent lesson but all 6 weeks make a complete program. We encourage parents to drop children off.
